והחי יתן אל לבו was a great focal point of the Rebbe, and it has even more relevance for us today. As we guide our children and remind ourselves of the unique and special job we each have to make a dirah biitachtonim, the programs that we do and the lessons that the teachers give over are critical in helping the students internalize this message and recognize their potential. This is especially apparent as we see students taking on leadership roles, and as they look for ways to grow.
