Making learning relevant is not only for the students. Faculty at LHA are involved in ongoing learning and development as well. This week, the principals spent a day with our coach from Better Lessons, working on methods of enhancing the faculty’s fluency in differentiating the process of student learning, a core value at LHA. Efficiently and accurately collecting and utilizing data, clarifying goals and procedures, and strengthening the exchange of ideas were among the outcomes of the day.
